How do I choose the Buy Now Pay Later service?
After successful activation, Buy Now Pay Later is available to you directly under "My purchases". There you simply select the desired payment period for the respective auctions and confirm the booking. During this process, any costs incurred can also always be viewed transparently.
What payment periods are available?
You can currently choose a payment period of 30, 60 or 90 days. The costs, which vary depending on the period selected, are displayed transparently before you book.
Is there a limit for outstanding invoices with the Buy Now Pay Later option?
Yes, our payment service provider will set a personal limit for you. This is based on an individual regular check and can be adjusted at any time. The more reliably you pay, the higher your limit can be. Your available limit is also always displayed under "My purchases" to allow you to plan as well as possible.
What happens if I have selected Buy Now Pay Later ?
If you have decided to purchase with Buy Now Pay Later , you will receive an invoice with your selected payment term and the invoice details of the payment service provider. The vehicle purchased in this way will be released for collection as usual and can already be on its way to you.
When can I start using Buy Now Pay Later after activation?
After successful activation, Buy Now Pay Later is immediately available. Your individual limit is usually updated within 24 hours of activation.
What documents do I need for Buy Now Pay Later?
Normally no additional documents. During the activation process, your current company information will be checked once in order to identify you to the payment service provider. If you have any questions about your identity or creditworthiness, we or the payment service provider will contact you directly.
What happens if my Buy Now Pay Later is rejected?
There may be various reasons for refusals. As the protection of your data is important to us, you will receive detailed information on this directly from our payment service provider.
When will I receive the vehicle documents for my purchase?
The dispatch of the vehicle documents starts automatically as soon as you have paid your auction in full to our payment service provider.
What alternative do I have if Buy Now Pay Later is rejected?
If a Buy Now Pay Later booking is rejected after a successful purchase, you can still pay for the vehicle directly to us in the usual way.
